The C-Series returns! After making a glorious comeback in 2023, we’re back again with a mixtape showcasing some of the world’s most exciting new artists on our illustrious compilation. Before you go any further, here’s everything you need to know about the ‘Bose x NME: C24’ release.
The artists
Following C23’s lead – which starred King Princess, Flo Milli and Genesis Owusu – ‘Bose x NME: C24′ is similarly stacked with essential new names. There are appearances from recent Grammy winner Laufey, chart conquerors Teddy Swims and Artemas, Aussie heroes Royel Otis as well as two artists at the top of their craft in Lola Young and Samara Cyn. Sounds good, right?
The competition
There’s also a well-earned spot for Tehya, the winner of BandLab’s initiative to recruit an independent artist and creator to the mixtape. The LA-based singer-songwriter beat out tough competition across the globe with her song ‘Peach Pit’ to earn a place alongside some huge names.
The mixtape
We’ll be honouring the C-Series legacy by sharing the music far and wide. The music will be released on July 19 on all major digital streaming platforms, ready to slot into your summer playlists. There’ll also be a limited number of physical editions across vinyl and cassette released in the near future.
The hub
